Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to report any issue with your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect product
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product arrived damaged, defective, or you received a different item than the one you purchased, email us at lumicraftcommerce@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging within 30 days of receiving it. We'll review your case and offer a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Change of mind
Because we work with international distribution centers, we don't run a physical product-return process. If you ordered by mistake or changed your mind, contact us within the first 24 hours after your purchase at lumicraftcommerce@gmail.com and we'll do our best to cancel or modify your order before it ships.

Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to reflect it.
